Manga Fest was a huge sucess. A crowd of about 600 people filled the American Oulet Mall and enjoyed a lot of activities, from Origami Demonstrations to an Anime Karaoke and a Cosplay Contest.
At the end of the event, an oficial activity organized by The Japanese Embassy was held in order to put an end to the Japanese Cultural Week. We had the Japanese Ambasador, The Costarican Minister of Foreing Relations and the Dean of Universidad of Costa Rica like special guests. This activity showed the powerfull bonds of friendship between Costa Rica and Japan.
I would like to thank Avalon Manga Stores, Asesores Graficos, Anime Club Magazine, The Japanese Embassy and all the people and sponsors whom made this event possible. I hope that more activities like this could be held in Costa Rica soon.

It's just to clarify a note posted in your site in Nov. 21 by jay. He posted that the festival were sponsored by Asesores Gráficos, Burger King and Circuito de Cines Magaly, but Circuito de Cines Magaly didn't sponsored the activity. And the organization was held by Avalon Manga Shop, the anime magazine Otaku Mangazine which I represent and Asesores Gráficos. The sponsor was held by Burger King, 911 radio station, Warmasters and about 8 more sponsors.
Thank you very much for your time and for read this, -Andrey
